Tricia Lawrenson grew up in New Jersey and moved to the Outer Banks in 2000 while still in high school. Diagnosed with CF at 6 months old, Tricia has lived for 35 years with the disease.
Tricia spent her childhood as a patient at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and has been seen at Duke University Medical Center for the past 17 years where she has received two double lung transplants.
With her husband, Nathan, Tricia loves living on the Outer Banks and spends as much time as possible on the beach with her two children, Hunter and Gwyneth.
It is because of the work of the CFF through donations from people like you that Tricia is still alive and enjoying life!
